"Have replaced the lead flashing twice and squirrels kept eating it. They likely have brain damage from the lead (ha). Have lived in our home for 37 years and since we don’t use the fireplace thought we didn’t need to have it inspected or cleaned. Forgot we had a furnace that uses the chimney (duh). Dave replaced the flashing in a flash – and when I asked him to look inside he described the need to take care of the falling tiles problem. Needed a new liner (I verified that fact online).
